IMNV Collaborates in Research To Find A Test for Lyme Disease!
In Collaboration with George Mason University and the Center for Applied Proteomics and Molecular Medicine, Dr. Samuel Shor is serving as a Principal Investigator in a research project using state of the art nanotechnology to diagnose the presence of Lyme disease. Samples are obtained from consenting patients. This potentially highly sensitive diagnostic tool could provide the first reliable, relatively rapid testing for active Lyme disease.
